What is TapLabs?
TapLabs is a professional lab services company that brings the lab to you. Our team of expert, caring lab technicians, is available seven days a week for appointments at your home or office. It’s easy, fast and convenient. Book today using our online patient portal or download our easy-to-use app and watch in real-time as the technician comes to you.

TapLabs offers a range of on-location physician-ordered and advanced private diagnostic laboratory test services:
Tests may require an APL or physician-provided lab requisition. Check for details when ordering.
Did you know? TapLabs services are covered through some employer benefit plans and/or health spending accounts.

How it works
Getting your lab work done with TapLabs is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Create a TapLabs account
Download the TapLabs mobile app or go to the
online booking portal. Enter name, email address and password to create an account.

Book an appointment
Select ‘ASAP’ for the next open appointment or schedule a time that works. You can book for yourself, family members, or an employee/employer. Our technicians are available seven days a week. For app bookings, users will receive an alert when the technician is en route and can communicate and track their progress in real-time.

Meet your TapLabs technician
Our experienced, professional technicians will meet you at your home, office or other location to perform your lab work. After the appointment, they’ll deliver your sample/test to the lab for processing. The lab will provide the test results to your ordering physician.
TapLabs provides a selection of lab testing services, from blood draws to drug and alcohol testing.
Our service area
TapLabs mobile lab services are currently available in the City of Calgary and immediate surrounding areas. A travel surcharge may apply to service appointments in neighbouring communities including Cochrane, Airdrie and Okotoks. Contact us for more information.
